Each Battery Pack Controller can be attached to its own independant power source to create a system that is matched to your needs (ex: two rechargeable battery packs, one solar panel array, and a wind generator). The data containing the source's characteristics is stored on the Battery Pack Controller so all you have to do is plug it into an empty slot on the Main Charge Controller to install. The system will prioritize and recharge as the load's demand and external energy's supply balance shifts.

Examples of power sources:

• Power harvesters (solar cell, wind generator, etc.)
• Rechargeable chemistry (Lead-acid, NiCd, NiMH, Li-Ion, Li-Polymer, etc.)
• Non-rechargeable primary sources (propane generator, alkaline batteries, etc.)
